We both thank you so much to follow our trip on the blog and to send us your emails and notes and your supports. We have to say " it was a great trip" and the best decision of our life to live our dream. Everbody can do it and it will change your life and yourselves completly. We will come home with the pockets full of ideas and projects for our future and maybe our future is no more in Switzerland.... who knows.

We had a great trip and we were NEVER in dangerous or difficult situations. Of course we learned one really important thing: DONT BUY A CAR IN THE USA THEY ARE ALL IN A BAD SHAPE. But on this trip we met so may great people and in the end we learned so much about ourselves and know now what are the most important things in the world: family, friends, love, and...... good waves of course :).

I thank you so much for this beautiful journey with you. It wasn't everytime easy with me, especially after bad surf sessions and when I was tired or when I suffered because of the heat. After this trip we know each other really well, the weakness and the strength of each other. I love you so much and I'm planning more trips like this with you.

Yes, finally  here are some proofs. I worked hard and Enzo was a very  strict teacher. Surfing is definetly the hardest sport I've ever tried.I staied a lot of hours in the water, fought with the waves, the sun, the other surfers and with myself to become better and better and to motivate myself. I can't count how many times I came out of the water completly destroied and my whole body hurted. Sometimes I couldn't even sleep because everthing hurted.....

But when I'm surfing a wave, I'm so happy, even if it is only for a few seconds.It is really a feeling of freedom and you become a part of  nature. It is amazing. I love it and it is really a complete different lifestyle.

Of course we had better waves during the trip and I started a few months ago to score waves as well... and to snake the waves of the locals :))).

 Tudo bem? We enjoy our last days under the hot brasilian sun. Here are some pics of these amazing places....

 Paracuru, a small town north of Fortaleza. Nice waves, nice people, beautiful beaches, huge dunes, sun, ..... real brasilian vibes.

We had small waves in Paracuru but so much fun with the locals....

Back in Fortaleza we stopped by Praia Futuro. The beach of the city was really busy during the weekend like all beaches in Brasil and we saw a national surf contest.

In the evening we went to the typical market on the beach in Fortaleza. Shopping......

We bought some really nice pictures and had a lot of fun with the locals....

Fortaleza isn't the most beautiful city of Brasil but the people are very nice and the north have to be discovered.

We leave this place for Salvador the Bahia. People are here bem negra.....and the atmosphere is sooooo different.

Enzo is doing stretching after visiting for "hours" the city.....

Every Tuesday is party time on these stairs with lifemusic. You can danse from 7 to 10 pm Samba, Forro, Reggea....

We also found the family business of Susi's family... coffee

Last italian energy food in a romantic restaurant in the old city of Salvador and .....

 

.....we are back on the beach and on the waves.... Itacaré, our last stop before our return in Switzerland.

You find the place north of Ilheus and it is a small tourist village. Now we have here the low season and so we enjoy uncrowded waves.

Praihina one of the most beautiful beaches in Brasil. You have to walk on a trail for 40 minutes to arrive here.... paradise....

In our pousada we met Matheus and Deborah from Vitoria ( Brasil). We discovered with them other waves in the region:

They are sooooo nice and for us it is good oportunity to learn more portugese.
